Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoinRoc ("the Service"), operated by Yodacom LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Description of Service

CoinRoc provides cryptocurrency market analysis tools, historical data visualization, grid trading strategy simulations, sentiment analysis, portfolio tracking, and related educational resources. The Service is designed to help users research and analyze cryptocurrency markets.

CoinRoc is an informational and educational platform. CoinRoc does not execute trades, hold custody of any funds, or manage investments on behalf of users.

All analysis, simulations, grid trading strategies, backtesting results, sentiment scores, and other data presented through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

By using CoinRoc, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • 1. Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically in short periods, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • 2. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical backtesting, simulated trading results, and grid strategy performance shown on CoinRoc are based on historical data and do not predict or guarantee any future outcomes.
  • 3. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Any actions you take based on information found on CoinRoc are taken at your own risk. CoinRoc and Yodacom LLC bear no responsibility for any financial losses you may incur.
  • 4. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Do not rely solely on information from CoinRoc when making financial decisions.
  • 5. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose. Cryptocurrency investment carries a high degree of risk and is not suitable for all investors.
  • 6. Regulatory environments for cryptocurrency vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in your region.

User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CoinRoc will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription Plans

CoinRoc offers free and paid subscription tiers (Premium and Pro). Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page. Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Free Trial

CoinRoc may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the free tier unless you purchase a paid subscription. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize CoinRoc to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period, but no partial or full refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

  • - Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • - Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure
  • - Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of data from the Service
  • - Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • - Impersonating others or providing false information
  • - Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the Service without permission

Data Accuracy

While CoinRoc strives to provide accurate and up-to-date market data, analysis, and simulations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented through the Service.

Market data may be delayed, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Grid trading simulations are based on historical data and simplified models that may not reflect real-world trading conditions including slippage, fees, liquidity constraints, and exchange-specific limitations. Users should independently verify all information before making any decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and design are owned by Yodacom LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The CoinRoc name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Yodacom LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINROC AND YODACOM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INVESTMENT, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • - Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
  • - Any investment or trading decisions you make based on information from the Service
  • - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
  • - Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or content
  • - Service interruptions or downtime

IN NO EVENT SHALL COINROC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO COINROC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinRoc, Yodacom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Service Availability

CoinRoc strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. CoinRoc is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
